Refund Return Policy

Refund Return & Cancellation policy for online payment

  • Fees once paid will be non-refundable/non-transferable.
  • The candidate should check and ensure compliance with the eligibility criteria prior to payment of online fees. 

Whether the transaction is approved or declined it usually takes between 3 and 7 seconds depending on internet speed from the time the candidate clicks the 'submit ' button to the time the candidate and the merchant receive authorization. Candidates are advised not to click refresh, back or forward buttons during the transaction process.

Transactions that are successful and the amount get credited to our bank account candidates get informed about successful transaction. It takes about T+2 days for amount to get credited in to our account through online payment options especially for candidates using net banking facility. Candidates are advised not resubmit payment once they receive acknowledgement of transaction. In case of doubt confirm with the institute along with transaction code.

In case of double payment done by candidate after reconsideration fees will be refunded to the candidate within 15 - 20 working days. Students are required to send mail for refund of amount in case of double payment mentioning details of payment. Reversal in such cases is re-routeing of amount back to the candidate or by cheque. Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in. In exceptions, we may ask you for the account details.

Credit Card/Debit Card Charge back, reversal policies are as per standard VISA/MC guidelines.
